○ Collaborate with the HR department in order to sort the recruiting candidates.○ Help all the candidates to understand the company's policy, what is a bug, how an issue must be submitted in the database and the bug lifecycle in software testing.○ Explain the procedure in different ways to make sure that every trainee understand the methods and requirement.○ Evaluate the trainees and offer them a feedback based on their performance during the Training session.○ Collaborate with the QA Management in order to allocate the trainees into a team.○ Update the Training with the latest procedures introduced in the QA Department.○ During the weeks when a Training session is not scheduled, I usually return in a Team and perform all the necessary tests on a specific application.
