• Effectively manages renewal of all contracts in assigned territory to protect and grow Veeam maintenance revenue, as well as upsell and cross sell• Ensures customer success and goes above and beyond to ensure customer retention and satisfaction• Proactively monitors the funnel of expiring agreements, executes actions in timely manner to ensure the continuation of assigned customers on maintenance agreements• Provides timely proposals and quotes as requested pursuant to terms of customer and/or partner agreements• Efficiently handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling and reinstatement of maintenance contracts• Positively interacts and collaborates with customers, Veeam partners, and Veeam associates• Identifies and pursues maintenance reinstatement opportunities• Assists in negotiation of maintenance agreements• Accurately records all activities on customer/partner record in Veeam's customer relationship management system (SalesForce.com)• Achieves target quota• Focuses on customer retention, renewal rate, and high velocity selling with special attention to maximizing revenue generation with our emerging customer base (varies depending on segment)

• Audit Purchase orders in terms of pricing, skus, approvals, forms of discounts, and ensuring policies for purchase are followed.• Create Accounts and Contacts.• Updates all CRM records pertaining to the orders: accounts name/address, contacts.• Build licensing contracts within our CRM (Salesforce) and develops new renewal opportunities for future business.• Generate licensing keys and distribute them to customers for confirmation of fulfillment of orders.• Attach on CW PO/license file and generate Celigo for the order to be invoiced.• Answer cancellation requests received by email, ask for approval, audit LOD form to be completed accordingly, modify SF for CN, send CN request to accounting, send CN to distributor.• Communicate with internal sales teams and distributors to resolve issues regarding to orders: incorrect price, invalid quote, invalid accounts data, policies for purchase are not followed.• Correct SF for internal mistakes.• Maintain working knowledge of products, order fulfillment policies and procedures, and basic accounting processes.
