Established a full system re-architecture in response to system outages and global industry theft (Bangladesh) resulting in a 'best in industry' implementation per SWIFT Pan-Americas with a zero second downtime after go-live. Served as Program Manager on Phase 2 of the joint USAF and ATK rapid prototyping program to develop a roll-on roll-off GAU 23 A/A palletized gun platform for a standard C-130 airframe. Successfully adapted a Phase 1 C-27 pallet design to a C-130 prototype in only 4 months resulting in the first ever ground test firing from a palletized 30mm cannon with < 1 hour of roll-on and set-up. Served as Program Manager on the C-27 Praetorian gunship for the Italian Air Force through partnership with Alenia Aeromacchi. This program transformed a standard C-27 into the Praetorian variant in only 6 months from contract award through testing. The modification included an EO/IR turret, palletized RORO dual operator workstation and palletized RORO GAU 23 A/A 30mm cannon.
