I am currently on sabbatical, traveling full-time in an Airstream with my wife and two young daughters.Previously:After over 21 years with Planview, Robert is now an Independent Consultant, bringing his 27+ years of professional experience to bear to support business and technology transformation. He is currently under contract with Planview, Inc and ECI Software Solutions, supporting Technology Projects; including the implementation of Salesforce Billing with Revenue Cloud and a Salesforce to NetSuite Order Integration. Robert started his career at Planview in Customer Care as a Front-Line Support Consultant and was quickly promoted to Sr. Support; less than 2 years later, Robert was offered and accepted the Product Support Manager position. Over the next 3 years, he worked to improve the service experience for Planview customers, globally, by introducing numerous internal processes to help streamline issue resolution. Robert was promoted to the VP of Customer Care in 2010 and expanded Customer Care globally for multiple products in multiple languages.Robert then assumed the role of Vice President, Business Applications in September, 2018, reporting to the CFO. In this new role, he was responsible for Corporate Services applications, including Salesforce and NetSuite. His team managed several projects simultaneously designed to improve the corporate systems while supporting the end-user community (over 600 users).
