Create value in QTS data center facilities by influencing overall data center facility design to better suit customer needs and differentiate our products from the competition. Understand and communicate the connectivity values of the hyperscale, large enterprise, hosted private cloud and hybrid colocation prospect and its own consumers to provide a superior product as well as serve as a SME on the account pursuit team to communicate that value towards the goal of successfully closing that opportunity. Design and refactor our internal product offerings to better meet the needs of our customers (internal and external) current and future needs. Conceive, communicate, and drive enhancements to the QTS product road map providing technical guidance, advocating opportunities to streamline operations using software, direction on application design for an SDN-based initiative, and cross-team collaboration required to successfully bring a new product to market.

Design and drive forward the LexisNexis Risk Solutions product and technology architecture with the goal of maintaining and improving its highly-secured, mature platforms. Remove complexity and design leaner, more agile solutions that minimize operational touch-points, support more demanding release schedules, and promote higher availability through DevOps/NetOps initiatives and by challenging the enterprises status-quo bias. Eliminate arbitrary barriers and silos that neither enhance nor meet the company’s stringent security requirements and replace with modern, supportable contemporary alternatives. Conceive, design, and realize effective platform changes or quality product-delivery enhancements that meet the needs of a global enterprise to better serve its business customers, 5000+ employees located in over 100 domestic and international locations.

Operate and manage all phases of the QTS production network architecture from conception through its full life-cycle, including network platform development, custom solutions designed to meet specific customer needs, and the operational management needs for services that may extend well past the ‘network edge’ such as tenant virtualization or customer business continuity needs. Develop, document, and implement processes targeting ongoing procedural enhancements while servicing the needs of customers located in warehouse-scale data center facilities nationwide. Coach, motivate, and manage a team of remotely-deployed technologists to drive projects to a successful conclusion.
