In 2004 I packed my bags and hopped on a plane to Shanghai, China. It was the best decision I ever made. By 2006 I was promoted to "Country Manager" for all of China. I was only 26 and life was good! Think of Japan in the 1980s. In just short 5 years we took the firm to 60+ employees strong across 3 countries (China, Hong Kong, Dubai) and grew to #1 in sales for all major insurance providers by 2013. We leveraged the hell out of social media while our competitors fell asleep at the wheel. We went from the "new kids on the block" that everyone thought would fail to the largest offshore financial services firm in China. We ultimately sold the business for multiple 7-figures in 2013 to DeVere Group. We began working with sales organizations that needed help streamlining a prospecting system for their business. Within months, our clients were doing record-breaking numbers by following our proven automated prospecting model. 2017- Present: Our son was born and it was time to head back to the United States to be with family.
