🌍 I've always been driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and helping others achieve their full potential. My journey began at just 15 years old when I launched my first company after spending a year as a commercial fisherman in Alaska. This early experience not only instilled in me the value of hard work but also paid my way through college, where I transitioned into the financial services industry.💼 At 20, I started as an intern at a Fortune 100 company, quickly becoming the top-performing intern nationwide. Over the next 17 years, I grew from a financial advisor into a leadership role where I had the privilege of guiding hundreds of advisors and interviewing thousands of candidates. My experience spans every level of the industry, from the brand-new intern to the managing partner leading the top-performing firm in the company’s history.📈 Throughout my career, I've experienced both highs and lows—from times when my rent checks bounced to the privilege of writing six-figure donations to charitable organizations. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what it takes to succeed, and I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve their best lives.🚀 In late 2023, following a calling from God, I made the bold decision to leave a $900,000 a year career to embark on a new entrepreneurial journey. My wife and I sold our lakefront home, Maserati, and Escalade, and moved into a rental to launch The Well Recruiting Solutions. This company was born out of faith and a desire to build something meaningful.🤝 Soon after, I brought on my incredible partner and COO, Brandon Murphy, and together, we've grown our team to over 20 talented members. We have the honor of serving the leaders of financial advisory teams, helping them find the talent they need to grow their firms. It's a privilege to engage in meaningful career transition conversations with candidates across the U.S., connecting them with some of the best firms in the country.🎯 Our vision is ambitious: by 2030, we aim to help 1,000 advisory firms close their talent gap and achieve their recruiting goals.
