○ Lead/project manage PR accounts ensuring various tasks are carried out among team○ Craft/send out unique and personal pitches, press releases, and subject lines○ Strategize/Create PR and social media campaigns for multiple clients ○ Research, write, and distribute press releases to targeted media; collating and analyzing media coverage; converting to PAE, uploading to online wire services and various distribution channels.○ Liaise with clients, media contacts and key spokespeople to establish and maintain relationships ○ Influencer outreach and partnerships○ Event organization and promotion ○ Write radio talking points, advertisements and scripts○ Draft copy for blogs, social media posts, eblasts, social media ads, and websites○ Edit copy for brand voice, grammar, spelling, tone, and creativity

· Planning, developing and implementing PR, social media and marketing strategies.· Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media; collating and analyzing media coverage; converting to PAE and write-boards, uploading to online wire services and other distribution channels.· Devising and coordinating photo opportunities; organizing events including press conferences, client events, fundraisers, community events, ribbon cuttings , open houses.· Outreaching to press contacts and building professional relationships with press outlets.· Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email.· Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople, team members and clients when directed.· Conducting thorough searches online and in printed materials for press clips and scanning articles and social media and sending forward to team as needed.· Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities; capitalize on new media and social media PR opportunities.· Fostering community relations through events and through involvement in community initiatives; managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.· Communicate effectively with each department to ensure project scope is organized and understood. Work with key company managers and clients to facilitate projects through to completion.
