Manages the operations of the front office including Accounts Payable and Purchasing. Evaluate, manage, and mitigate financial risk to the organization. Puts in place and oversees procedures and controls which safeguard the assets of the organization. Sets financial goals and establishes strategy that is in alignment with the shareholder's interests and helps realize financial growth. Strong managerial, communication, and leadership skills.

Manage the finance department, accounts payable and receivable, develop $20 million in fiscal plans and budgets, develop and maintain operational policies and procedures, prepare and present financials statements and operating reports in compliance with GAAP, daily cash flow monitoring, prepare and submit payroll, coordinate and provide documentation for year-end financial audits, prepare and submit Medicare cost reports, prepare and submit grant applications, manage grant compliance of $8.1 million in grants for 2020-2021, maintain records of expenditures, prepare and submit HRSA reports, prepare and Financial Status Reports, attend and report and monthly board meetings and finance meetings, work closely with the CEO.
