I enjoy my career in the HR Field, I love problem solving.I have done every area of HR. Several of my job duties included, Team Member Relations, fingerprinting, on boarding, creating of RFID badges, answering benefit/payroll, process team member employment verifications from outside companies. Assist in organizing items needed for Department Leader meetings/Team Member Forums. I dealt with several different areas in maintaining Corporate Compliance. I have been responsible for updating, and uploading terminations/resignations and corrective actions. Was responsible for uploading all team member documents to their Electronic File. Responsible for auditing all team members Electronic Filing Systems. I completed an I9 audit within the whole organization for a Homeland Security audit. I also provided customer service to our team members and the public. I provide notary services as needed.
