 Based in Cairns; advising offices in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Gladstone (approximately 200 staff). Regular travel to each office. All recruitment for the organisation which included staff for engineering (civil, structural, environmental, chemical/process), environmental scientists, drafters and technical officers, quality assurance, sales and marketing, finance, information technology, human resources, and for roles from graduate/entry level through to senior management.  Responsible for employee training and development program for all employees, including internal, external and formal, long-term education.  Responsible for the development and administration of the employee performance management processes.
