 Based in Cairns; advising offices in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Gladstone (approximately 200 staff). Regular travel to each office. All recruitment for the organisation which included staff for engineering (civil, structural, environmental, chemical/process), environmental scientists, drafters and technical officers, quality assurance, sales and marketing, finance, information technology, human resources, and for roles from graduate/entry level through to senior management.  Responsible for employee training and development program for all employees, including internal, external and formal, long-term education.  Responsible for the development and administration of the employee performance management processes. Duties include process design and improvements, ongoing administration, provision of support, training, counselling, for all employees.  Management of HR team members

Overall management of all human resource functions of a 4* hotel. Responsible for all recruitment, induction, training, performance management and counselling.
