-Managed volunteer recruitment, screening, and placement process for nonprofit organization pairing high school entrepreneurs with mentors -Strategized and implemented strategy to recruit volunteers to mentor students in under-served, high-needs communities-Managed administrative functions associated with mentor placement including the background check and fingerprint process to ensure safe placement of adult volunteers

-Wrote, edited, and led development of curriculum and training materials for national programs department of national college access organization -Managed and wrote Career Pathways curriculum, an executive initiative designed to connect students and alumni with opportunities at partner corporations, satisfying donation commitments of $1M-Designed and supported the implementation of 20 in-person and training programs for summer core staff and school year educators in 12 regions, supporting implementation of curriculum serving more than 35,000 high school students in low-income communities

-Supported education department’s expansion and improvement of online resources and professional development materials for educators-Developed and wrote lesson plans, web content, and interactive elements for the Digital Classroom supporting external learners and educators who are either unable to visit the museum in person, or prepare them in advance of their visit -Led professional development workshops for 80 primary and secondary school educators

-Wrote and edited content for U.S. History, World History, African American Studies courses for middle and high school students -Developed rigorous online assessment tools and testing materials to test students’ knowledgeand help educator’s identify areas of student improvement -Developed and managed course educational objectives according to Common Core State Standards to steer the planning and development of each lesson plan and its assessments -Managed deadlines and graphics schedules using Basecamp project management system in order to stay on deadline and communicate information with graphics and editorial teams
