I partner with the CFO, CIO, and CHRO on a bi-weekly basis to discuss the change strategy, short-term and long-term initiatives to increase implementation success and mitigate risk, and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation progress. Our communication strategy included bi-weekly presentations to a steering committee of over 20 leaders across the organization (including practice leads and operations VPs) and initiating and managing a change network of over 80 key influencers from across the organization with a responsibility to share key upcoming changes related to the ERP or adjacent processes in their respective areas. Our communication efforts resulted in 95% positive expectations based on a go-live survey, and a company-wide newsletter with over 75% regular readership. Our training strategy centered around on-demand microlearning to facilitate foundational learning prior to the system go-live and application on-the-job when needed. -
