In my role as a L&OE Senior Associate, I earned an Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM) instructor accreditation and organized an internal version of the course so that 15 others were accredited. I am leading the roll-out of AIM methodology to over 4,000 employees at Huron, including adapting the learning content to a virtual delivery with course ratings that exceeded the in-person offering. I originated an Advanced Excel class, executed over 9 programs of the class, and applied the Kirkpatrick methodology to measure the participants’ Excel skill improvement which was a 40% increase in excellent excel skills based on supervisor feedback because I am passionate about telling a story with data.

My current role is the change lead for an internal enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for an organization of 4,000 employees with an aggressive one-year timeline. I manage a team of eight employees from various areas of the organization to create a comprehensive and representative approach to change leadership and management for the successful execution and adoption of the system and related process improvements. I partner with the CFO, CIO, and CHRO on a bi-weekly basis to discuss the change strategy, short-term and long-term initiatives to increase implementation success and mitigate risk, and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation progress. Our communication strategy included bi-weekly presentations to a steering committee of over 20 leaders across the organization (including practice leads and operations VPs) and initiating and managing a change network of over 80 key influencers from across the organization with a responsibility to share key upcoming changes related to the ERP or adjacent processes in their respective areas. Our communication efforts resulted in 95% positive expectations based on a go-live survey, and a company-wide newsletter with over 75% regular readership. Our training strategy centered around on-demand microlearning to facilitate foundational learning prior to the system go-live and application on-the-job when needed.

As a Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Associate in the Higher Education practice at Huron, I streamlined the Oracle Cloud and Workday training and certification process for our growing firm. I earned the first Oracle Global 2016 Human Resources Cloud certification for the Higher Ed organization and I lead the initiative to develop an internal Oracle Cloud training and certification program that optimized the time and resources required to meet our client needs. I collaborated with leadership to forecast our training and certification needs for the Workday and Oracle Cloud practices. In addition to my work with Oracle Cloud and Workday, I partnered with stakeholders to create and update educational material and opportunities to create a more effective workforce. I often delivered our new content and train others on leading the session to ensure a sustainable program.

As a Healthcare Associate in the Workforce practice at Huron, I worked with hospitals and health systems to improve productivity and reduce costs. I conducted observations and established evidence-based recommendations to support cost-savings initiatives for rehabilitation, laboratory, and radiology units.
