• Coordinate production in a timely manner with incoming work from other departments and managers• Consistently maintain production workflow while minimizing overtime • Assign personnel as needed to meet service requirements• Track and post productivity standards for all production personnel• Produce daily, weekly, monthly PPOH reports• Ensure individual PPOH standards are met • Train, coach, and mentor new and existing production personnel on in-house Tailwind System (lot procedure)• Initiate pack-outs of each customers textiles after loss called into center• Contact customers regarding delivery of their textiles - problems, questions, concerns• Maintain scheduling and deliveries• Commitment to daily follow up with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction • Input information and maintain record keeping regarding information of each customer’s loss on a daily and updated basis• Keep appointments on (Outlook) calendar, updating/adding as necessary• Track appointments, keeping schedules on target

Billed the cost of printed magazines and inserts - from initial start to finished product, including shipping details. Also estimated certain internal costs within several departments on a daily and updated basis. Responsible for administration paperwork and labor within the bulkroom/bindery departments regarding final shipments of all magazines produced within the plant.
