Oversee the development and implementation of all employee communications for more than 550 SalonCentric brick-and-mortar stores, five Distribution Centers, the National Operating Center, and all field sales personnel and remote team members. Also handle all external communication activities, including media relations, crisis communication and issues management. Responsibilities also include the conceptualizing and development of corporate videos; executive presentations for large-scale, companywide events; change management presentations; corporate charitable initiatives; and a variety of other activities that support employee engagement and involvement.

Conducted strategic public relations activities for all 19 Tampa Y facilities, including acting as Y media spokesperson and facilitating crisis communication/issues management activities. Coordinated Tampa Y's involvement in a Y-USA national re-branding campaign that emotionally connected current and potential members with the Y's causes. Developed an Association-wide communication plan that positioned Y leadership as experts in healthy living and programs that support children and families.

Conducted strategic public relations and marketing activities on key environmental issues, such as developing alternative water supplies, habitat conservation and green building techniques. Developed comprehensive PR, marketing and crisis communication plans for local governments, private industry and elected officials. Also conducted community relations activities, including public meetings, issues management panels, etc., as well as media relations activities, including both story pitching and spokesperson duties. Managed all account managers and account coordinators at the agency, while reporting directly to the company president.

Coordinated water resource education programs and public relations activities throughout the District's 16 counties. Activities included managing an annual 15-county grant program, providing environmental training for educators, overseeing the development of Florida-specific water education K-12 curricula, planning and coordinating large-scale community events, and making presentations to key stakeholders about the area's limited water resources, alternative water sources, conservation, watershed management, etc.
