Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overall management of staff, visual merchandising,customer service,operations, shipment and Loss Prevention. Responsible for overseeing the sales floor, achieving daily sales goals, and motivating the team. - Processing shipment correctly and in a timely manner - Demonstrates sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor, coaching in the moment and team selling. -Ensuring associates and managers know about the current trends and product placement. - Conducts floor sets and trains associates on how to break down and build walls, move floor fixtures, build window displays.
