• Overall project management of small to large tenant interiors build-out.• Perform site selection due diligence, work letter and lease review and recommendation• Manage overall construction budget and schedule• Negotiate, award and manage all vendors including Architectural, Engineering, General Contractor, Furniture and IT Consultants• Manage National Rebranding Program for Signage Conversion of Wachovia to Wells Fargo• Signage conversion responsibilities include staff management of two employees• Review and approve all signage contracts, budget, change orders and close –out documentation• Manage signage vendor and ensure all quality controls issues are completed to the highest standard

• Act as primary liaison with various Banking Units to assess space and occupancy requirements• Manage multi-floor restack project at Bank Headquarters with a budgeted cost of $20,000,000; restack included build-out and relocation of Executive Floor.• Manage 130,000 square foot build-out at downtown campus building. Project required re-stack of 10 floors and relocation of over 2000 bank employees• Provide on-site management and quality control to ensure projects meet time and budget requirements.• Coordinate and manage contractors/vendors for JPMorganChase loop campus facilities including architects, engineers and general contractors.• Prepare budgets, estimates, bids, proposals, schedules and work scopes.• Administration of facility design standards.• Project management experience includes build-out of tenant spaces, development server room, training rooms and mult-function office space.
