Working on engagement financials is just part of my day job - the most important part is helping others reach their goals. While I work at helping the numbers improve, I enjoy the people I get to assist, coach and mentor as a result. Every industry and workplace is continuously evolving - I like to be in the thick of the movement. Whether it is in planning or implementation, making connections with those around me energizes me to work towards an end goal. At PwC I have been able to do this on a daily basis. Using my formal education in this setting has brought life to my previous studies - both in international relations and business. Adding to that mix is my work with my well-being team that continues to focus on all aspects - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and financial - leveraging firm resources along with creative solutions to build a healthy and functionig team.
