As Marketing and Communications Manager at Pareto Law, I managed a multi-skilled team and assumed overall responsibility for candidate marketing for the graduate recruitment side of the business, alongside driving the communications strategy across the company. In my capacity as a Marketing Assistant and content writer, I focused primarily on the attraction of prospective graduate candidates to the business and the creation of engaging content for a variety of channels.
