- Revising Healthy Relationships curriculum focused on establishing peer-to-peer relationships in areas of student leadership like Housing & Residence Life, Sorority & Fraternity Life, & New Student programming- Conducting benchmarking research on aspirant institutions’ health and wellness programming- Assessing interpersonal wellness and violence programs and opportunities at the University of Tennessee by NASPA/ACPA competency areas- Examining best practices for creating a comprehensive and accessible website for health and wellness division’s website and social media marketing

- Advised the Panhellenic Council in areas of leadership transition, membership engagement, internal affairs such as community standards and risk management, and continuous open bidding recruitment practices for a community of over 4,000+ students- Collaborated with office staff to provide support to all 4 councils at the institution through goal setting with chapter leadership, and facilitating curriculum development and presentations on topics such as bystander intervention, event registration, sober monitoring processes, and effective communication - Conducted high stakes, large-scale program planning for Primary Recruitment with experience in Release-Figure Methodology statistical analysis, emergency and crisis management for a potential new member class of up to 2,000+- Managing organizational data collection using software such as CampusLink, Roster Management System, and GivePulse through tracking changes in membership status following withdrawal, graduation, and institution transfers as well as community service impacts- Facilitating ongoing leadership programming including semesterly Health and Safety Summit, Quad Council Officer Retreat, and Greek Leadership Summit as well as annual Sorority & Fraternity Life Gala, Fraternal Excellence Awards, & Future Greek Leaders Retreat
