Program Evaluation and Development Specialist (Education Program Analyst) A.K.A - Pre-K Consultant

• Monitor and support 70 schools with GA. Pre-K programs housed in them
• Monitor and support Teachers in GA. Pre-K programs
• Travel daily to sites with GA. Pre-K programs
• Maintain relationships with GA. Pre-K programs staff in each site assigned to me
• Participate in ongoing trainings including CLASS, MMCI, TTT, and PD for Consultants
• Maintain certification in CLASS and all components
• Conduct CLASS observations at numerous sites throughout GA.
• Conduct regional and individual BFTS trainings for teachers and directors
• Monitor and support the Summer Transition Programs for Dual Language Learners throughout the summer
• Support programs with Inclusion classrooms and students with behavior issues and/or Special Needs

• Create and complete weekly and monthly itineraries and keep track of activities in PM Client
• Conduct site visits, program visits, roster verification visits and grant requirement notebook visits at all 70 programs two times a year and more if applicable
• Conduct TA visits when needed or requested by programs in all things relating to GA Pre-K
• Attend all BFTS required trainings and staff meetings
• Work closely as a team with 9 other Consultants in the same regional area as well as all of BFTS as a whole unit of DECAL
• Complete all paperwork required by BFTS/DECAL to ensure State and Federal compliance in the agency
• Complete Professional Development and PMF’s annually
• Review provider new and expansion applications annually to help determine BFTS classroom funding decisions for the upcoming school year.

Norcross, Georgia

Oversee and run the Gwinnett County, Norcross Head Start and Pre-K program of mostly Dual Language Learners learning to speak English (Native Spanish Speakers). Train educators on ECE, DAP, Best Practices, SEL, CLASS and DEI as well as Dual Language Learning and cultural awareness with the families and children.
