I graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Biochemistry. I have diverse employment experience ranging from wine production, to politics, to baking and now working at a company that specializes in hormone testing. Having a range of experiences in various industries and cultures has given me a unique perspective. I am very detail oriented, I am a great problem solver, and analytical skills are my strength. Learning and growth are important to me and I strive to always be developing new skills and enhancing my current ones. I have a particular interest in medical chemistry, and hope to take this into the medical field. I have experience in protein extraction, isolation and purification, as well as utilizing many laboratory techniques and instruments.
