Served as a producer for episode 5 of the second season of The Anti-Trans Hate Machine: A Plot Against Equality, (ATHM), a limited-series podcast. This position focused on research, outreach, and recording. Associate Producer worked with the entire team to ensure a high-quality, final product. Specific tasks included:● Set up and overseeing high-quality sound recordings;● Support producers in pulling tape, research, and scripting● Contribute to frequent editorial meetings & discussion sessions;● Participate in group listens and offer feedback

Wrote an essay for Black Futures Now Toronto's Writing Black Futures project, which was carried out in partnership with Nuance Magazine. Pitched a podcast on similar themes from the feature piece, that I helped to co-write and co-host produced in partnership with Mapping Black Futures.Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: Black Queers Connecting Virtually During COVIDToronto Queer party Strapped.TO continues to create innovative space for virtual community building.

Gathered stories and created short audio pieces from Hart House/campus events. Met regularly to discuss training resources, determine themes, ideas and assignments. Co-created and contributed to podcasting/storytelling learning resources. Met regularly with other team members to foster an environment of support, team-work, and collaboration in order to produce creative, compelling, and challenging content that engages the spirit and the mind.

Residence Dons are student staff employed by the New College Office of Residence and Student Life (ORSL). Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Residence Life (ADRL), and by extension to the Dean of Students, the Residence Don’s purpose is to develop and maintain an environment that is conducive to learning and personal growth for the House Community they are entrusted with, the Residence Don Team, and for the New College community as a whole. As a positive role model and leader, the Residence Don will contribute to students’ wellbeing by assisting them in dealing effectively with academic, social, personal, and interpersonal concerns. The position involves many roles, including but not limited to, facilitator, educator, and administrator.

Camp Coordinator for the Youth International English Program. -Daily coordination of counsellor efforts, including training, student airport days, direction of activities, and program assessment-Development of counsellor tools such as training materials, attendance sheets, and bus assignments- Oversee camp programming and workshops to ensure they meet camp outcomes in a safe and positive way-Implementation of coordinator initiatives such as counsellor welcome videos, social media exposure, and counsellor feedback/reviews-Careful handling of sensitive issues such as student discipline, chaperone and group leader relations, and maintenance of camp professionalism

Assistant to the Director of the Global Commons, Head of Events and Facilitation Committee tasked with organizing facilitation training, taking minutes, contributing ideas to online session structure. Additionally worked in collaboration with partners in South Africa to develop a certification course for global dialogue.

Worked as a group leader in assisting international middle and high school students to practice their conversational English while engaging in different activities within southern Ontario in efforts to share Canadian culture and attractions. Lead clubs specialized in cuisine to share new recipes and give context for students to practice their English skills. Assisted as a mediator when dealing with cross-cultural misunderstandings.

A leadership and engagement program that allows students to advocate for safer schools and on behalf of marginalized groups within the LGBTQIA community through engagement with policymakers, social media campaigns, and public speaking presentations.
