With over 25 years of experience in web design and user experience, I am passionate about creating engaging and accessible digital solutions that deliver value to users and organizations. As the Director of User Experience at NACDS, I work with a team of creatives in designing and developing collateral for marketing, websites, email, and third-party applications. I also advise and advocate for new technologies and best practices that enhance the user experience and support the mission and vision of NACDS.In my current role, I manage the workflow, projects, and departments in rolling out new features and benefits for the websites and applications of NACDS. I create mockups, build prototypes, and test projects for compatibility and responsiveness across browsers, devices, and screen sizes. I use my skills in UX, UED, and web design to create user-centric and data-driven solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the stakeholders. I also leverage my experience as a freelance designer and developer to educate and empower my clients and colleagues on the importance of having a mobile and social media presence.
