- Consults & Supports with internal Convergys leaders (HR, Operations & Training) to develop a deep understanding of their recruiting need(s); then initiate/develop in-depth innovative recruiting pipeline to attract Customer Service Professionals.- Utilize Google drive, Excel spreadsheets and internal ATS system to track department production.- Proactively evaluate and assess the client group’s talent acquisition needs (with a focus on both current recruiting needs and emerging talent needs) to implement creative, efficient, and effective sourcing and recruitment campaigns.- On a daily / weekly basis attended multiple client supplier meetings / conference calls.- Responsibilities included: candidate interviews, new hire paper work, new hire orientations, prepare new hire paperwork, answer phones and welcome guests to site, coordinate and schedule background checks and drug screens by utilizing First Advantage Dashboard, audit candidate files to ensure compliance with company policies, manage applicants finger print process (administer & FedEx to site)- Also responsible for sending weekly reports to corporate leadership along with selecting, training, developing, and managing two to four direct reports; providing prompt and objective coaching and counseling; coordinating, planning, and assigning work for staff.
