I was responsible for delivering a broad range of administrative support for the academic programmes and Registry within the Assessment and Quality Team. We were required to work daily with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst using our own initiative to assist with academics, administrative colleagues, External Examiners as well as students. I managed processes such as withdrawals, course changes, module options, extensions, deferrals, appeal and complaints as well as the releasing of results.I also supported with assessments and on campus examination preparation. I have a high level of experience of committee servicing as I acted as secretary for a number of meetings including the Progression and Awards Board, Board of Study, Board of Examiners and the Assessment Review Group. I participated and assisted in events such as graduation where I have been given a number of different roles previously such as organising the academic procession, annotating the narrator list and keeping the students in the main hall organised.

Provide administrative support to all academics at Coventry University London. Includes auditing VLE documentation on Moodle and AULA for module handbooks for every term of the 19/20 academic year before a set deadline. I take meeting minutes for the individual departments, assisting in the agenda creation. Book travel for academics and deal with guest lecture invoices, which shows that I can work with budgets. I organise local and international student trips along with the trip leader and external stakeholders, this includes when I organised and attended a student trip to Paris for 5 days with 60 students. I care for student satisfaction, which is why I played a big role in the delivery of the MEQs and CEQs, where I present and distribute this in lectures of all modules.I lead on the development of the High Flyers/Get Ahead programmes, this includes recruitment to ongoing support during the programme until the date of completion. Also, I am the point of contact for all areas relating to Erasmus.

Worked at the busy Student Information desk answering all student queries either in person, via email or phone calls. I provided a range information that covered all departments including Registry, finance, Visa, Recruitment and Careers. I liaised with other departments to collate weekly updates that are stored onto SharePoint for staff to view and then put on social media (Facebook and Instagram) and an interactive screen for students to view. It is my responsibility to plan ahead and schedule all posts onto our social media pages. I helped with the planning and delivery of enrolment welcome events as well as being a team leader at the latest Graduation ceremony, in charge of the academics.I have experience working on CovUniLon systems such as Universe, Call Logger and Agresso. In addition to these I use the following web apps: SharePoint, CMIS to view student’s timetables, Solar, Sonic, Innovator (Oyster Applications) and the CAYIN Web Manager to post on the marketing screens.

This was a highly technical role following on from my apprenticeship, my duties involved working alone installing and ceasing Cat5, Coaxial cable and fibres to connect customers to our ring circuits. My role also includes visiting external customer sites including BT and EE to connect from our routers to their Adva kit. Additionally, I worked on project Kona for the fibre enhancement scheme by auditing sites in the South East with Fujitsu.Worked as a Site Manager on Project Beacon from April – October 2015. This project was the mobile transmission upgrades from 2G and 3G up to 4G which involved new masts and antennas being mounted. (I was the only Vodafone representative on site). This involved working away from home during the week (based in Wales and the West Country).
