Provided leadership support to two growing companies, one an architectural engineering firm, the other a technical contract labor agency. Facilitated cultural and management changes to support the companies' business strategies and objectives. Lead all human resources practices and policies for a staff of over 500 employees.Worked directly with the Executive leadership for both companies to develop and align people with business objectives

Provided Human Resources support to Ghafari's sister company which provides technical staff to companies on a contract basis.

Established Human Resources Dept. by implementing employment policies and practices, employee relations counseling , job evaluation and salary administation, benefit plan communication and support staff training. Managed 200 support staff, including 11 direct reports, and coordinated attorney recruitment for a 325-employee law firm with six satellite offices. Coordinated summer associate program.
