As Senior Project Manager, I dedicate my time to managing specific statewide programming, engaging in, and understanding different Midwest state energy policies and coordinating transmission and siting project efforts across the Midwest.

Attend committee and legislative meetings and take thorough notes on matters of legislative importance. Track and analyze past, current, and future bill data. Answer phone calls, mail, and emails relating to constituent services, and conduct legislative and policy research on current legislation. Cultivate working relationships with multiple state agencies heads to establish trust with key legislative contributors.

Served as the Field Manager on Indiana State Senator Jon Ford’s campaign. Responsible for the entire grassroots aspect of the campaign. Implemented and oversaw all volunteer assignments, tasks, and progress. Set timelines for task completion paired with aggressive deadlines to maximize efficiency. Coordinated specific dates for GOTV events, phone banks, and door-to-door canvassing. I gathered individual absentee voting data from two counties, addressing postcards to send to those individuals, and getting them in the mail by the end of the day.

Hired to work directly under the Campaign Manager for the “Mike Delph for State Senate” Campaign. The aim was to learn, adapt, assist, and implement strategies and mediums to win the 2018 Primary.
