- Benefit Administration: Responsible for Payroll and employee allowances
- Induction and Exit formalities o Developed, launched and administered new hire orientation program o Introduced a Questionnaire that clearly helped the company identify red flags if any.
- Maintained accurate employee records using HRMS Portal
- Insurance: Renewing the insurance policy year on year after discussion with various vendors in the market.
