Project Management: Example - Damage Case Study of Industrial Contamination  Managed a damage case study, which is an analysis of instances of contamination at industrial facilities. Specifically analyzed damage cases at petroleum and chemical manufacturer facilities for the EPA.  Responsible for nearly all communications with the client, informing the client on the project's progress, budget, and resources. Provided briefings to ICF project managers on the status of the project.  Designed and maintained a database of damage cases, outlined and drafted several sections of the report describing the patterns of identified damage cases, and conducted quality control of junior staff work.  Monitored project progress to meet deadlines and determined that all contract parameters were met. Database Design, Management and Analysis: Examples – NRC Project Managed and manipulated a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) database related to Fitness for Duty Drug and Alcohol testing performance data.  Conducted data analysis to identify NRC employee substance abuse at nuclear power plants.  Created visually appealing exhibits to display trends in substance abuse. Conducted significant quality control, and helped identify patterns of errors which improved subsequent data collection efforts.Regulatory Analysis: Example – Carbon, Capture and Storage Projects Researched and conducted comparative analyses on state, federal and international statutes and regulations. Conducted legal, regulatory, and compliance analysis, creating clear and concise summaries for policymakers. Analyzed long-term liabilities at carbon, capture and storage (CCS) facilities. Contributed to several high-level policy analyses issue papers on various topics regarding CCS long-term liabilities and stewardship. o With team members, worked extensively with the Environmental Protection Agency to help develop recommendation on CCS long-term liabilities and stewardship policy.
