I have always enjoyed providing project teams with solutions that delight, and as the founder of TonicDM (www.tonicdm.com) I bring together my passions for design, technology and business in the service of the building industry.After graduating from Victoria University of Wellington School of Architecture my career has focused on supporting the design process along with practice-based design technology research. My positions at Gehry Partners included CAD Manager, Network Administrator and Director of Information Management, with the common thread being my role as an internal process consultant to the architects on topics relating to project information management.At Gensler my roles included Regional Digital Design Manager, Regional Technology Director and Firmwide Design Process Analyst. I served on the firm-wide Digital Design and Design Management committees, participated in the Gensler University Global Leaders program and was a co-lead researcher on two Gensler Research grants relating to design process. I was a co-organizer of the first Design Process Innovation symposium at the Los Angeles A+D Museum.
