World Wide Procurement And Logistics: Sap Entitlement & Procurement Systems
Current• Acts as a liaison between TI’s World-Wide Procurement & Logistics (WPL) Teams and IT in support of procurement projects and enhancements affecting SAP and other procurement applications.• Leads a global team of 10 Super Users designed to spread technical and process knowledge globally to address day to day challenges and standardize processes across global manufacturing.• Leads a team of 6 GRC Administrators responsible for reviewing GRC (SAP Security) for roles owned by the WPL organization and ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SOD) rules.• Supports TI Manufacturing through Cherwell Service Management system. • Lead for designing and the configuration of Icertis Contract Intelligence for WPL. I am responsible for providing strategic direction for the application. • Leads the end the end lifecycle of small to large scale projects. This includes the development of post-implementation business readiness and technical support structure.• Subject Matter expert for procurement applications and business processes. Enabling the ability to quickly identify scope, gaps, and risk within projects. • Lead and manage cross functional (IT) resources to drive a successful project.• Solicits detailed requirements from end users.• Develops and maintains detail project documentation.• Identifies project scope, project dependencies, and manages risk for project.• Lead project updates and communicates to cross functional teams, project stakeholders and WPL leadership team.• Develops testing plans for projects: which include defining the timeline and scope for each phase of testing, designing, and writing test cases, defining entrance and exit criteria for testing sign off and managing defects.• Develops and leads user training for changes resulting from project implementation.• Builds clear and concise communications related to various project milestones. • Coordinating with stakeholders to build a change request system for applications.
