The YWCA represents more than one million women, girls and their families.This facility host more then 700+ members.• Work closely with the Director of HR and CEO of both the YWCA and YMCA to determine recruiting needs.• Post jobs on job boards (Indeed, Idealist, Careerbuilder, Monster).• Handle all workers comp issues.• Assist applicants with new hire paperwork. (I-9, W4, Employee handbook, Benefit packets)• Input applicants in HireRight to obtain drug test and background. • Monitor the applicant’s progress on HireRight update the spreadsheet on the shared drive daily so all know the status and their candidates, if they wish, and then e-mail Sr. Director/Manager of applicant has cleared the pre-employment screening.• Enter new hires into ADP (Rehires will be rehired in ADP).• Make necessary changes to any employee related issues including terminations and payroll using ADP.• Assist Managers with On-boarding as needed.• Assist with Retirement Enrollement.• Software Used (HireRight, ADP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Who's Where Retirement)
