Managing multiple functions of building Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for 18 Redstone Arsenal DOJ facilities, the campus, and portfolios of all 18 buildings. Successfully supervising a team of 7 Entry and Mid Level Facility Specialist while maintaining Central Utility Plant (CUP) operations and the Building Automations System (BAS).
