• Website Management - product listing and maintenance, promotions and content management to drive sales on e-commerce platform• Collaborate with marketing team to implement digital marketing strategies and deliver an effective online campaign• Enhance the website content and flow to grow the customer usage,traffic and CVR• Manage the UAT process for new website enhancements• Identifying technical bugs and file tickets for timely resolution• Collaborate with agencies to enhance SEO performance• Monitor 3rd party developer on UXUI projects

• Website Management - product listing and maintenance, promotions and content management to drive sales on e-commerce platform• Perform UAT process for website enhancements• Prepare various reports to analyse the sales performance• Monitor the inventory level and shipment status• Review the selling by store and conduct stock allocation andconsolidation across the regions• Prepare buying reports and analysis• Prepare training materials and conduct training to frontline• Coordinate with marketing and CRM for promotion strategies• Coordinate with VM for product highlight• Handle store and customer request

• Prepare various reports to analyse the sales performance• Assist in developing launch plan including marketing plan to drive salesand increase brand image• Assist in managing the retail business and operation in HK and China• Provide training to front line and operation support team in HK and China• Order placement of reorder and new launch buying; day-to-daycommunication on PO follow up and delivery• Provide product related information (e.g. item master, price list, launchbook etc) and keep information up to date• Conduct stock visit in China to ensure VM standard are maintained
