Leadership Achievements: Sales Team Leadership:• Supervised the acquisition and building of over 1000 exclusive partnerships/offers from top selling hotels, CVB’s, and partners which resulted in over 1.2 million of incremental net revenue in 2014. A subset of partners include MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, Wynn Resorts, Sony Pictures, Vail Resorts, Trump, American Express, Choose Chicago, Las Vegas, Southwest Airlines.• Chosen to spearhead negotiation and persuasion training for the international market management staff that resulted in an increase of 25% in exclusive scores. Creative Solutions:• Lead a team to create an exclusive $500 VIP treatment for all Orbitz Worldwide customers at no cost to customer nor Orbitz, which resulted in a 15% increase in room nights and free publicity nationwide.• Conceptualized the idea and directed the successful launching of Orbitz for Business air program for Caesars Entertainment. The annual projections are $30M in air bookings.
