I became the Board Chair in January 2011 where I served in that capacity until 2015, and again in 2020. During my time as Chair, we were able to develop and implement a sustainable long-term strategic plan, which included restructuring the entity to gain more support from the industry. This resulted in RESO successfully creating the first real estate data dictionary, web API standard, and compliance programs. In 2014, The National Association of Realtors approved a policy that required all MLS's to adopt RESO's standards. This was a tremendous milestone for the industry. Due to term limits, my participation in RESO's Board ended in 2016. I was later reappointed to the Board in 2019 and currently serve as Board Chair for 2020. -
