Over all control on warranty matters across UAE.Preparing warranty claims of Service and Parts for MMC, MFTBC, CHERY and TEMSA (thru online and offline).Carry out branches internal warranty audit.Preparing USED CAR and Extended warranty Claims.Assist technicians for diagnosing and ensure a quality job done in the specific time. Inspect and ensure parts defects and prepare diagnosis report, then further direct communication with principals for approvals.Verifying invoices and warranty credit notes for payment follow ups.Carrying out inspections in all service branches to ensure MMC standards and reports submitted directly to After Sales Director.Preparing PQR (Product Quality Report).Responsible for overall warranty proceeds, checking and invoicing, sorting warranty credit notes & inspect different workshop branches.
