• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities• Open, categorize and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail (bills, invoices, and checks)• Sort, categorize and price frames• Provide clerical support • Run errands as needed by other staff members• Assist with inventory count• Light computer work
