Refactored two thermistor test and sorting machines to improve accuracy and double productivity to satisfy a zero defects promise to automotive customers. Developed Delphi automotive anti-lock sensor assembly and testing machine. The program used multi-threaded, object oriented C++ to control complete parts loading, assembly and testing for 21 stations with over 500 I/O points. Startup a new division with another engineer and technician to design, prototype and implement a sophisticated solid state pressure sensor utilizing a proprietary sputtered thin film strain gauge and custom surface mounted ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit).
