 Experience in construction management, building, industrial, petrochemical pólo, sanitation, port, dam and road works environments. Skills in negatiations with Directors definning payments, amounts, strategies, planning, comparative statements for budgeted vs real amounts, proposing alternatives for the reaching of goals continuous focus in the results and clients, financial and economic budget, elaborating and implanting financial and physical schedules. Manage construction through all phases to ensure the delivery of quality bulding that meet both company and customer expectations on time and on budget. Manage individual major projects, and/or multiple small to mid-sized projects. Strive to balance between on-going construction, preconstruction, and business development as well as other business sustaining activities to ensure a steady flow of work. Coordinate and enforce Subcontractors scope of work.  Attend Construction, monthly and quarterly meetings.  Interact daily with various departments of company, subcontractors and customers. Knowledge of construction systems and processes.  Customer-oriented attitude with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.  Understand product specifications & scope of work requirements. Assist in achieving project budget objectives. Ability to get the job done correctly and efficiently every time, to read and understand construction plans, specifications, submittals and to apply former knowledge and experience to current multiple-trade projects on schedule. Possess ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and employees. Planning and Execution Skills, ability to anticipate and plan for the unforessen. Achieve profitability goals on an annualized basis.
