We all know not all of our little people are getting the best start to life and many families feel as though they are paddling alone is a boat that requires two people.To this, my life's work is focused on the three interconnected pillars:1)Policy and Strategy to enhance Children's Mental health2)Promotion of Initiatives to Enhance Family Functioning 3) Advocacy to support Economic Empowerment and minimise the affect of PovertyDoing Beautiful Work is personally fulfilling but supporting my Team to Shine gives me the greatest joy. I have high expectations of myself and others but marry this with high levels of Compassion and Emotional Integrity Evidence of Rapid Turn Over of under performing teams to well above satisfactory, I'm the Leader that thinks Big Picture, but likes the Details. How do my Colleagues Describe me?Enthusiastic, Visionary, Courageous, Creative and because Values Matter, " Trust Worthy" and as one manager expressed, " There is No Spin about you"When I'm not a social impact warrior I love going for strolls with my beautiful dog, Socrates; baking cakes and pretending to be the next Martha Stuart. I am also partial to practicing my poetry skills and being consumed by the visual world of art, cinema and food (there is never enough cake)
