I'm used to structuring unstructured and less-conventional data like consumer-generated social media visuals and verbatims, and drawing upon any reputable sources that are available - bottom line, I'm scrappy and not afraid to roll up my sleeves. That's where the magic happens. I'm inspired by behavioral science, ZMET, sensory frameworks, the product development field and empathy tenets.
