Client - Hindustan Unilever Ltd• Talent Acquisition: Managing end to end recruitment process for all business requirements including candidate sourcing (through multiple channels) , screening and telephonic interviews, analyzing salary slips, Preparing salary comparison sheets, rolling out offer letters and appointment letters, managing career websites for internal and external job postings, employee referral portal.• Reporting & Analytics: Preparing recruitment reports, recruitment dashboard and analytics (hiring status (open/closed positions), break-up between tools used (employee referral, direct, agency)• Vendor Management: Collaborating with vendor partners for managing the recruitment initiatives, managing the existing relationships efficiently, articulating the current requirements in order to enhance sourcing effectiveness and ensuring success of the recruitment initiatives. On boarding formalities:- Scheduling of pre medical checkups, document collection, validation and management.• HR Operations : Creation of Offer and Appointment letters and Employee ID for all the new joiners.• Interacting with New Joiners and understanding requirements for relocation or Guest house facilities and arranging the same for their Joining.• Implementing Onboarding communication with the new joiner and Hiring Manager. • Preparing and dispatching New Joiner Kits timely and generating reports to the concern hiring manager. • Processing Payroll data of New joiners and generating timely reports to the Payroll department • Collection of Joining forms, Provident fund and insurance form from New Joiners and coordinating with HR business partner. • Maintaining hard copies and E Commerce copies and supervising them on timely basis • Responsible for Auditing all the new
