• Selling ICT range of products, solutions, services and maintenance• Responsible for the marketing of products and services• To achieve & exceed targets set by the Company• Develops customer needs & new customers in the commercial, industrial & end-user• To identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and new customers• Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business or upselling opportunities• Payment collection• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts• Cold call prospective customers• Conduct follow-up meetings with customers and manage the entire sales cycle

• Selling complete line to technology solution (client, enterprise server, storage and networking, software licensing and professional services).• Manage key top customer opportunities. Develop strategy to manage and grow with customer.• Generate new account as well as pro-active growth of key customer accounts.• Ability to engage with all levels across the customers’ organizations including C-level executives; understand and identify customer needs through account planning.• Generate leads and build healthy funnels to meet sales objectives.• Manage accounts throughout the sales cycle.• Provide weekly report updates of sales, pipelines, leads, opportunities, and sales activity.• Being accountable for achieving profitability, sales targets and timely collections.

• To prepare quotation, spec sheet, invoice, and delivery order.• Work closely with customer on project and fulfilment.• To arrange transportation and delivery.• Travel and visit customer if have any new information and project discussion.

• To work closely with inbound sales to identify client requirements, promotes product & services, provide quotation, determines stock availability / backlog checking, order processing, delivery, manage account receivable and resolves day to day issues.• To do credit review for run rate / project when required to ensure sufficient credit limit.• Work closely with Product Manager on special bid request, go-to market program.• Attend vendor’s launch, training & event.• Account Planning - Travel and visit reseller if have any new information and project discussion.
