I founded Bacon Wrapped DSM with several other owner in June of 2011. We attend festivals, fairs, or other events as a concession business as well as individual catering events. As CEO, my responsibility is to delegate responsibilities to other owners to assure each event we attend runs without problems. If problems arise, I resolve the problem quickly so customers continue to be satisfied. Before the event, we estimate how much food we will need for the event and we assure that the food is ordered at least 2 weeks prior to the event. All preperation occurs at the site of the event, so I schedule owners/employees for proper coverage. I make sure we have proper license and have paid our entry fee for each event. I also maintain proper books and records and handle the taxes each quarter. At the event, I must know all the jobs (prepping, cooking, serving,etc.) so I can fill in at any time if needed. I also make sure each job is covered at all times so we do not fall behind and lose customers.

Investigate claims with injuries parties to assure injuries were sustained in accident. Review and adjust reserves as needed. Explain medical coverage on the file. Contact medical providers to locate medical bills and records. Review and pay medical bills for treatment that is related and medical necessary. Maintain contact with injuried party for new and pertinent medical treatment is sought.
