Implemented WebInsure Financial Manager, migrating 20K+ existing carriers recurring payment users into hCentive's payment system for automatic monthly premium payments. Launched eBill systems with full integration for bill presentment, ad-hoc and recurring electronic payments, and financial reconciliation of user account management. Managed onshore and offshore team (5 direct and 15+ shared service resources) to implement commercial off the self software (COTS), including full integration, automated processing and customization.
