• Working closely with the government in developing the National Roadmap on Nickel Decarbonization, which aims to enhance value creation and supply security while lowering emissions in alignment with national NDC and NZE targets• Creating a company-scale GHG calculator for the palm oil and nickel industry based on GHG Protocol guidance

• Developed a study on the interlinkages of biodiversity and climate change in Indonesia as one of the supporting documents for the Indonesia Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (IBSAP) Post-2020. The study aims to reduce climate change impacts on biodiversity and foster biodiversity actions that have co-benefit on climate mitigation and adaptation to simultaneously achieve the IBSAP and NZE target.• Developed the Regional Biodiversity Management Index as a reference for the provincial government to develop their Long-Term Regional Development Plan (RPJPD) 2025-2045.• Co-developed AFOLU, global warming, and biodiversity sub-models in the Low Carbon Development Indonesia Green Economy Model (LCDI-GEM). The model was used to determine the quantitative targets of emissions intensity, percentage of emissions reduction, green economy index, and biodiversity management index in the National Long-term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2025-2045.• Developed AFOLU sub-model in the generic version of (LCDI-GEM) that is applied for all Indonesian provinces. The model will be used to determine quantitative targets of emissions intensity, percentage of emissions reduction, and green economy index in Regional Long-term Development Plan (RPJPD) 2025-2045.• Co-developed AFOLU sub-model in emissions projection models for North Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and South Kalimantan as a basis for determining sectoral emissions reduction policies and targets in Regional Low Carbon Development Plan that will be ratified by governors regulation.

• Develop a system dynamics model on Kalimantan Green Economy transition under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Ir. Akhmad Fauzi, M.Sc. • Conducted comparative analysis and gap analysis on marine ecosystem conservation policy as part of the Indonesia Blue Economy Roadmap development.• Conducted literature review in the study of Regional Doughnut Economy Index for Indonesia.

• Conducted a comparative study to improve calculation procedures of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) in Indonesia. Using the United States as the reference, the study suggests the need to develop a national guideline on TMDL calculation. Further, Indonesia also has to soon design a water pollution trading scheme to stimulate the implementation of water pollution control. • Reviewed the draft of the national hazardous waste projection study report and assisted in the calculation process.

Calculating sustainable development index for each country using composite index methodology and determining combinations of conditions (macro indicators) that could explain the high or low outcome (sustainable development index) using fuzzy set qualitative analysis comparation (fsQCA) technique.
