Also acted as point-of-contact / management for the group in Manager's absence.-Identified an opportunity to salvage a trial program in the call center that gave employees leadership experience. Took over managing the project and was able to grow it successfully over the next 12 months. This saved the call center its budgeted time and money for this project and kept it from being abandoned.-Discovered that the Resource Management department lacked a training program for new employees. Created an interactive training document and outlined a program for new employees that was presented to management and used on future newly hired employees to the department.
