My duties included traveling to customers and assisting them with IT services such as: installing network infrastructure, configure and install business/personal computers, assist with software installations, etc. Reboot was co-owned with my business partner Gaven Reinhardt, who is also a native to Roanoke. We analyzed and researched the IT market and focused the business towards helping small-businesses and locals in the Roanoke Valley with a reliable, low-cost service in the area.
